How much is shipment on orders?
We charge a $10 flat rate fee on any order Australia wide
When can I expect my order?
Delivery time to metro addresses is estimated at 3-7 working days depending on your location. Regional addresses may have a longer delivery.
What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
If an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days. Once the items have been restocked, we will dispatch your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your order will be sent via Australia Post. When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to track your order via the Australia Post website.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
If you are not in at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card at your address, and you will then need to collect the package from a post office. Alternatively, Australia post offers 24/7 parcel locker collection to make your online shopping collection easy to manage any time, day or night.
What should I do If I experience an allergic reaction to the products?
In the unlikely event that you experience an allergic or skin reaction, immediately stop using the product and contact us on 1800 799 344 or via email email@example.com
What if I change changed my mind or I am unhappy with the product
Please note that we only refund or exchange products purchased directly from Australian Native Botanicals online. If you have purchased the products from another online retailer or from a retail outlet you will need to return the product from where it was purchased. We can return a product, as long as all seals and packaging are still intact. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund any products once they have been opened.
I live outside Australia, where can I buy Australian Native Botanicals from?
We currently only sell online in Australia. For our international customers check our stockists via homepage to find out if there is a stockist near you.
