If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via as soon as possible. Once we have processed the order, it cannot be cancelled and will have to be processed as a return, as per our returns policy below. 


A Shipping Notification email is your confirmation that your parcel has been dispatched from the Distribution Centre. It also contains your Tracking Number. 

Tracking Your Parcel 

You can follow the progress of your parcel using your Tracking Number. You can find your tracking number in the Shipping Notification email for your parcel.

Returns Policy 

We understand that from time-to-time you may need to return an item to us.
