It’s a great way to start your day and improve your wellbeing mentally, physically and emotionally. What’s more is that it’s easy to perform, and 15 mins of yoga in the morning can greatly improve your overall wellbeing and clarity of the mind, this, in turn, can lead to a healthier and happier you!

Below are some simple yoga movements and postures to help you relax and meditate as the day begins. Hold each position for about 1.5 mins and take slow deep breaths with your eyes closed.
